We want you to love your Hanfu as much as we do. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Return & Refund Conditions

Time Frame

We understand that sometimes you need time to decide if a garment is right for you.

  • Return/refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after receipt
  • Requests beyond this period cannot be accepted
  • The count starts from the date your tracking shows "delivered"

Product Condition

To ensure fairness to all customers, returned items must meet these conditions:

  • Brand-new, unused condition with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging intact with no damages or stains
  • The "One Item One Code" anti-counterfeiting label must be undamaged
  • No signs of wear, alteration, or customization

Shipping Costs

We believe in fair responsibility for shipping costs:

  • Change of mind/incorrect size: Buyer covers return shipping
  • Product quality issues: We cover all shipping costs
  • Quality issues include: fabric damage, wrong item, significant color differences
  • For quality issues, please provide clear photos/videos as evidence

Important Note

We recommend trying on Hanfu carefully over clean surfaces to avoid accidental stains. Keep all tags and packaging until you're certain you'll keep the item.

Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Request

Log in to your account, go to "Order History", find the order, and click "Return/Refund". Select your reason and upload any evidence if applicable.

Step 2: Approval Process

We review applications within 3 working days. Once approved, you'll receive a return guidance email with the designated return address and instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send the product as instructed, making sure to mark the return number on the package exterior. Fill in the tracking number on your order page.

Step 4: Refund/Exchange

After we receive and verify the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days, or ship your exchange.

Exchange Information

Exchanges are only available for the same style and size. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead. Customized items cannot be exchanged unless there's a quality issue.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Products exceeding the 14-day return/refund period
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
  • Products with missing tags, packaging, or damaged "One Item One Code" labels
  • Issues caused by force majeure (logistics damage, customs delays) not attributable to us
  • Customized Hanfu (embroidered characters, special sizing) without quality issues
  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
