Shipping FAQ

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Address modifications are only supported within 12 hours of order placement and if the order has not been shipped. Please contact customer service immediately with your order number and new address. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

What should I do if the package is lost or damaged during transportation?

For lost packages, we will verify with the logistics provider first. If confirmed lost, we will arrange a full refund or reshipment. For damaged packages, please take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt, and submit them to customer service for compensation processing.

Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes?

Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These additional costs (if any) will be borne by the buyer and collected by the local customs or logistics provider upon delivery. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for specific tax policies.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address within 24 hours. The email contains a unique tracking number and a direct link to the official logistics tracking page. You can also track the order status by logging into your account and going to "Order History".
